Our handcrafted products are unique; each piece is made entirely by a craftsman who takes care of every single detail, making even those of the same model unique.

Each jewel will be unique and special!

Processing and delivery times: The order is processed once payment has been received. Processing times for customised items such as engravings/settings, etc., are approximately 2-6 working days, while for non-customised products, it takes 2 working days. Once the jewel is ready it will be shipped with delivery times of 24/48 hours by express courier

Returns and Refunds Management

If you're not 100% satisfied with your product, we'll refund you within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with security tags attached, and unworn. Products purchased on sale or with discount codes cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be issued only after verification by our team. To prevent fraud, your refund will be issued to the bank account, credit card, or PayPal account used for the purchase.

It may take up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and your refund issued.
